A True Sense of Community

We believe that a real estate development is not a community by simply name only. In Terra Bella, our sense of community is a distinct element of our business plan and will, by design and nurturing, continue the longstanding traditions of those unforgettable small towns and villages that live on in our memories. Merchants and shopkeepers who know their customers by name. Interaction between residents, guests and visitors created naturally - a chance meeting on the street, a leisurely cup of coffee in the Village Center, walking home from school with a few neighborhood kids, a Saturday afternoon spent on the Village Green throwing Frisbees to the dog, the excitement of events and festivals on the weekends.
